Please review these terms carefully prior to scheduling your appointment

Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to secure appointments, particularly for extended travel or after-hours requests.
  • Remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods include Zelle, card, and other secure payment options provided at checkout.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit and may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service fee.

Travel & Timing

  • Travel fees may apply based on distance, location, and time of appointment.
  • Clients are expected to be ready at the scheduled time.
  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed; additional wait time may incur fees or require rescheduling.

Document Preparation

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and ready at the time of appointment.
  • Additional fees may apply for printing, last-minute changes, or extended signing time.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full service charge.
